1, Product Description
Hot rolling can be contrasted to cold rolling. Cold rolling is the rolling conducted below the recrystallization temperature, whereas hot rolling is the rolling conducted beyond the recrystallization temperature.
Advantages:
1), Hot-rolling can significantly lower energy consumption as well as costs. During hot rolling, metal plasticity is high while deformation resistance is low, thus significantly reducing the energy consumption of metal deformation.
2), Hot rolling can enhance the processing performance of metals and alloys. To be specific, hot rolling can crush coarse grains in casting state, heal significant cracks, reduce or eliminate casting defects, turn as-cast microstructure into deformation microstructure and boost the processing performance of alloys.
3), Hot rolling usually daopts large ingots and large reduction rolling, since this will not only boost productivity, but increase rolling speed and create conditions for achieving continuous and automatic rolling.

1, Applicable to general sturctural steel and hot-rolled steel plate and strip and used for welding pipe, cold-rolled material, bicycle parts and important member of welding, riveting and bolting.

Sunyee always will test products at SGS before shippment. And we will sand copy report to client first, and then we sand original tegother with others documents.
4.4 How about delivery time?
Our delivery time usually is 15-30days for normal product. According to clients quantity or different requirement, maybe cost little longer time. But of cause we always do our best to ship earlier.
