Matt polyester - is a special layer with deep texture and matt look on the basis of steel coils.This material has thicker paint layer (normally 25 microns) and attractive look of the roof. It has lower gloss and textured (wrinkled) structure.
Usage: Used in building industry for production of metal tiles, roofing trapezoidal profiles, flat sheets, accessories etc.
1)Thickness of zinc layer: From 60 to 150 g/m2 of zinc layer both sides together, or from 50 till 100 g/m2 of AlZn layer both sides together
2)Grade of steel: DX 51D, S250 GD
3)Total thickness including coatings: From 0,35 to 0,5 mm
4)Thickness of polymer layer: 10-35 microns depending on the usage.
5)Width of coil: 750-1250 mm
6)Weight of coil: From 2.5 to 5 tons
7)Packaging: use internal carton sleeve inside of the coil to protect it from damage in the process of decoiling.
